Job Description: The person will be responsible for:
# Provide first class support service to the business in terms of answering queries and resolving L2 issues
# Identifying system issues, reporting/escalating/resolving these issues in a timely manner.
# Issue Management (including problem analysis and generation of solutions); Change Management; Test Management; Status Tracking & Reporting.
# Interaction with numerous business groups
Desired Candidate Profile: Urgently looking for Production Support Professionals with expertise in Dot Net C#, with 3 - 6 years of total experience. The person must have:
# Expertise in Production Support (Level 2 Support)
# Basics of .Net, VB, C# and Windows Services
# A background in IT Application Development.
# Strong in relational database, preferably MS SQL/Sybase and SQL writing
*** Experience in Banking / Investment Banking / Financials Domain will be highly preferred ***
