Technical Support Engineer - Tier - 3

Urgent requirement of Technical Support Engineer for one of our client in Hyderabad.
Job Location : Hyderabad (Madhapur)
Qualification : Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Total Experience : 3 to 5 Years (Which includes Web development and support experience)
Relevant Experience : Min. 3 years (Involved in both Support and web development experience)

Skills: 
The candidate should have a thorough understanding of the following areas:
 
Connectivity (SOAP, Basic networking and SSL troubleshooting)
Client (HTML and JavaScript, IE including cookie handling, Certificate troubleshooting)
HTTP (Headers, Query string, HTTP codes, Get / Post, Redirects)
IIS (Familiarity with IIS Service Manager, Directory Security, Setup and maintain a site)
ASP or ASP.NET (Should be able to read code and understand the implementation, Writing Cookies)
C# (Basic programming concepts)
Knowledge of basic database and networking concepts
Debugging skills – experience with any popular web debugging tool
Customer service experience required with at least one year of web development experience, tools support experience or comparable skills working with developing web applications.
Candidate should be open to work in late night shifts
