1. Job Title: Support Engineer – Workflow Applications
 Educational Qualifications: Graduation in Computer Science/Information Technology
 Shift: Rotational (24 / 5)
 Candidate Profile:
·        0-3 years of experience in Application Support Environment.
·        Knowledge of Microsoft technologies like .Net, VB, Asp etc
·        Knowledge of basic SQL queries.
·        L1 & L2 Application support experience.
·        Experience in providing 24x5 production support.
·        Familiarity with support escalation process.
·        Data Analysis and Clean Up.
·        Excellent written and oral communication skills.
·        Must possess strong analytical, organizational planning and financial skills with the ability to work independently and within a team with a changing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
·        80% - eBPM / DataStream. Encompass daily and monthly support by providing access, maintaining, updating, troubleshooting and enhancing current systems.
·        20% - In other related applications. The person should demonstrate the ability to understand the workflow applications (accounts payable, expense management system, forecasting system, time sheets, fixed asset reconciliation, deprecation system, etc). He/She would also play an important role in the area of testing of new versions of application rollout and implementation of these new versions.

2. Job Title: Associate Consultant - Outlook Soft (SAP BPC 5.1)
 Educational Qualifications: B.Com/M.Com/M.B.A
 Shift: Rotational (24 / 5)
 Candidate Profile:
·        2 to 4 years experience in Accounting.
·        Should have thorough understanding of accounting concepts and should have worked in Preparation/Maintenance of Accounts.
·        Knowledge on Outlook Soft application, SQL and Data warehousing concepts will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
·        Provide support for day to day activities and user issues in the area of Outlook Soft.
·        Provide ongoing maintenance to applications (e.g. input forms, reports, logic, etc.)
·        Support corporate and regional finance in training and documentation.

3. Job Title: Support Engineer/ Associate Consultant
 Educational Qualifications: CA, CA (Inter), ICWA, ICWA (Inter), M. Com, MBA(Finance)
 Shift: Rotational (24 / 5)
Candidate Profile:
·        Qualified freshers or candidates with 1 to 2 years experience in Finance process.
·        Must possess strong English communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
·        Provide Functional support for BAAN Finance users.
·        Understanding user requirements, Fixing their issues, Bug identification and Fixation.
·        Willing to work in 24 x 5 Production Support Environment.
·        Solving Support cases & Maintaining Delivery SLA's.
