Exposure to architecture, design, security and hands-on experience in coding.
Should be well versed in Microsoft technologies such as .net, sql server 2005.
Knowledge of general Microsoft development standards and best practices
Work experience in programming for medium to large scale projects
Proactive, excellent in planning and execution.
Adhere to the organizational Quality Management System guidelines
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
