3.Ability to customize the SharePoint Sites and Portals by creating Custom Site Templates, Page Layouts, Master Pages, Site Definitions, Themes, CSS etc.
4.Good knowledge in Sharepoint Designer, Sharepoint Site Administration
5.Working experience with SharePoint Object Model and Solution Framework.
6.Good Experience in Custom Web Part & Workflow Development.
