Mandatory skills
Hands on experience in VB 6.0, .NET, C++, ASP, SQL server
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
· Nice to have
Prior experience in production support and maintenance projects
Knowledge of MQ series
Domain experience in Billing/Payment applications or banking domain
Role Details
· Participate in knowledge transition along with the Tech and Module leads during the initial KT phases
· Would be responsible for responding to and resolving Severity 1 issues during US non-business hours
· Clear Communication to Module/Onsite lead on status of issues, resolution etc
· Proper handover to other team members during shift changes
· Participate in design reviews, test document reviews and other production assurance activities as guided by Module/Onsite lead
· Mentor other junior members in the team
