Technical Requirements
Familiar with Test Automation
Basic understanding of applications and web services developed in Java
One or more web server scripting languages such as Python, PHP, Perl, Ruby, JavaScript
Web development techniques AJAX, iFrame
Knowledge of web services (WSDL, SOAP, XML)
Knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of development environments such as ANT
Complete QA for the developed Solution across technologies
Write software test plan and strategy documents, support material for use by Customers
Testing the solution for Performance, Scalability and Reliability
Leveraging Agile and Test Driven Development methodologies to continually refine test processes.
Qualifications
3-8 years of software test/ support experience with networked-based applications. Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of software development, testing and debugging concepts required. Self-starter with excellent customer service, problem solving, communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment required. Experience with Windows, Solaris and Linux platforms and working knowledge of internetworking technology is a must.
