Knowledge as well as experience in Object Oriented Analysis & Design skills (OOPS, UML diagrams such as class diagram, activity diagrams)

Extensive experience of requirement analysis
Extensive knowledge in performance optimization tuning for .net as well as SQL environments, trouble shooting production issues.
Should have experience performing code reviews for .net & SQL
Experienced in all phases of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Strategic Systems Planning, Analyzing, Designing, Implementation and Maintenance
Self-starter with proven interpersonal, organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
