Job Description:
Job Title: Team Leader(ASP.Net)
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Description of Work:
The Team leader is required to manage the software development team and onsite development team. The Team leader' primary responsibility will be to supervise staff, assign, monitor work request projects, maintenance issues. The Team leader will be required to meet with Onsite team to develop new requirements, review staff requirement documents, develop and interpret coding specifications, database design, interpret existing code from legacy system to establish business rules, perform coding tasks, unit test all coding changes, integration testing the changes done by team, deployment on changes in QA and Production environment and assist in system testing.
Technical skill requirement:
1. A minimum 3-5 Years Experience in designing, coding, testing and debugging programs written using Microsoft Based Programming Technologies (ASP, ASP.NET, C# or VB), at least 3 yrs using ASP.Net (C# or VB)
2. A minimum of 4 Yrs Experience in SQL Server Programming (Designing Database, Coding SQL and Stored Procedures, Debugging SQL, Performance Tuning)
3. A minimum of 3 Years Experience in IIS 5.0/6.0/7.0 4.
4. A Minimum Experience of 2 years in Design tools such as Visio
5. A Minimum Experience of 2 Years in Project Leadership including application design, programming, testing project, project estimation, and team supervision
6. Experience in Web Design and Prototyping will be added advantage
7. Experience in Source Code Management such as Visual Source Safe or Subversion will be added advantage
