Opening in one of our esteemed client MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE post of PROCUREMENT HEAD & location is Chennai , Banglore & Delhi.

Position: Procurement Head (Superstore / Outlet)

Reporting to: Superstore / Outlet Head

Reportees:
Team Leaders Procurement 
CRE - Procurement 

Location: Mahindra First Choice Wheels Ltd- Outlet

Age: 28 - 32 years preferably 

Gender: Male

Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering

Experience: 
Total 6 -8 years of experience in vehicle procurement or service industry. 

Preferred Industry: Used Cars/ New cars

Knowledge of price dynamics for new and used Vehicles in the market

Ability to quickly assess the condition of a used vehicle 
Knowledge of RTO requirements for documentation 
Must have valid Driving License 

Job description:
Preparing buying index on monthly basis & updating it time to time, if required, based on market condition. 
Preparing & implementing annual procurement plan & reviewing performance monthly & annually 
Managing procurement with proper model mix, price index in view of average gross profit per car is maintained as per company set target. 
Setting up the network of new car dealers, local procurement panel (LPP), corporate & leasing companies to achieve results. 
New car market updates, new car finance & discount updates. 
Maintaining relation with customer for references 
100% collection of documents along with car procurement 
Coordinate with Accounts / HO for payments 
Coordinate with Sales Operation Team for papers 
Analysis of enquiries 
Generating daily reports. 
Responsible for building & motivating team to achieve business goals. 

CTC: Rs. 3 .0 - 6.0 lacs
