1. At least 4 years of experience on implementing solutions using .Net.
2. Experience on translating requirements into Architecture and Design
3. Technically managing the team of about 4-5 persons
4. Strong on .Net 3.5
5. Implemented MVC architecture in at least 2-3 solutions
6. Experience on E-Commerce / Retail domain
7. Implemented the following features in an e-commerce solution :
a. Shopping Cart
b. Payment Gateway
c. Maintaining Products by Categories / Subcategories
d. Promotional Pricing & Discounts
8. UML
9. Design Patterns
10. Good Communication Skills
11. Good Analytical Skills
OTHER DUTIES
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

B.E/M.E/MCA in Computer Science or related technology
