We are looking for Software Test Design Engineers for one of our Client Company based in Bangalore. Please have a look in the Job Details mentioned below:
Core job responsibilities include:
- Develop test design specs and test cases for product features.
- Participate in the creation of the overall test automation strategy.
- Modify and extend the test automation framework.
- Run automated tests and analyzes test results.
- Create and execute test cases.
- Write defect reports and verify fixed defects.
- Work closely with developers and program managers to prioritize test automation creation.
- Be able to work as part of virtual team and have excellent cross team collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience writing test automation. Minimum of 1.5 years programming experience, which includes at least 1 year developing with C#
- Demonstrated understanding of quality assurance processes and software development lifecycles.
- Ability to work within the project teams and across the product groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has completed at least one full software development cycle from concept through delivery.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or similar field, or equivalent work experience.
Desired Knowledge/Skills:
- Demonstrated working knowledge of SQL and Web technologies.
- Experience with Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Re-factoring, Iterative Planning and other Agile methods.
Experience : 2 to 5 years
