* 2 yrs exp on SQL Server 2000/2005
* Knowledge of Sharepoint portal(preferred)
* Knowledge of Biztalk(preferred)
* Knowledge on Webserver Settings(preferred)
* Has done requirement gathering and preparation of SRS and Design documentation
* Good communication skills
