. Strong experience on J2EE . Java 1.4, JSP 2.0, Servlets 2.4, JDBC, Struts 1.2, Spring and Web services
. Strong exposure to XML, HTML, Javascript and AJAX
. Good exposure to ORM concepts and strong experience using Oracle TopLink or Hibernate ORM frameworks
. Working experience in IBM RAD 6.x / RSA 7.0, WAS 6.x application server and any configuration management tool
. Strong experience with SQL Server 2005 and above, SQL-PLUS, SQL and PL-SQL
The candidate should have some skills in the following:
. Five or more years experience with J2EE and RDBMS technologies with exposure to UML design

4+ years of J2EE Web application experiences including Struts framework , Cashe Framework, XML, servlets/JSPs, JavaScript, Transact SQL/MS SQL Stored Procedure, IBM Rational Development Tools (especially current version of RAD or RSA) and Web sphere application server
- 3+ years in database design and modeling
- 3+ years in application design and UML
- 3+ years in backend data load scripts (MS SQL server platform)
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Knowledge of Unix web servers and SQL Server database tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- Strong Communication Skills
