We are urgently looking out for Software Designer-C#.Net with for one of leading global provider of retail and corporate banking, consumer finance, insurance and wealth management services: RBS, Gurgaon.

LOCATION: GURGAON (DELHI/NCR)
 
Specific responsibilities include:
Develop, test and deploy changes to meet the requirements captured in the functional specs.
Produce a suite of system and unit tests as an integral part of system development.
Work closely with team lead and business analysts during development to involve them in appropriate design decisions that arise during development.
Suggest process improvements; suggest solutions

Experience:
Essential Experience: (Must have skills)
5+ years overall IT experience
3+ years C#/.Net 2.0, 3.5 data intensive win forms development working within n-tier architectures.
Very Strong SQL Server 2005 database and reporting skills (SQL skills)
Extensive experience of feature rich front-end development using Infragistics controls.
Experience of working on Database Feeds based/ data migration projects – Import/export and reconcile data from various sources
Good understanding of Software Release management processes
Ability to liaise with Business Users in understanding requirements and supporting Production issues
Complete project development lifecycle experience;
Flexibility to work on both small support tasks and larger project deliveries.
Supplementary Experience: (Useful additional skills)
Experience of developing Financial applications;
Experience of n tier application design and related patterns;
Experience on Lending and Loan market
