Invitation letter - DSRC

Our recruitment process is two phase.

In the first phase, applicants attend an approximately one hour programming test. This programming test is in the form of a case study.(No multiple choice questions). Applicant will be provided a computer with Visual Studio & SQL Server Express Edition installed (MSDN Help files will be available and can be used during the test). Applicant will be asked to write a short program using C# and this program will then be scored for

1. Functionality
   
2. Coding standards
   
3. Performance and
   
4. Speed of programming.
   

Candidates whose programs do not compile or do not accomplish the outlined task are immediately disqualified

Candidates who clear the first phase will then be invited to attend the second phase which involves face to face interviews.
