completion of the assigned task with required quality.

Interaction with technical work group and business partners results in a positive impact on accomplishment of project goals.
Adherence to the defined delivery process/guidelines.
Qualifications
Desired Skills:
B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education)
Experience: 3 to 4 Years.
Should have executed the complete SDLC of atleast one project using Microsoft technologies like ASP.Net 2.0, VB.Net 2003
Good in SQL server 2005 with hands on in SSIS, SSRS
Exp in Perl scripting would be preferred
Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills.
Should have played the role of a technical mentor in his career.
