Experience /Skills Required:

Experience: Minimum total of 4 yrs in .NET development; minimum total of 2-3 yrs in SharePoint (MOSS 2007) development with the following skills

1. .NET frame work 2.0 / 3.5
2. Programming in ASP .NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, AJAX, Web2.0 standards
3. Programming in SQL Server (T-SQL) (MS SQL 2000/2005; MS SQL 2008 preferred)
4. SharePoint (MOSS 2007) Specific Skills:

a. Customization using SharePoint Designer & Visual Studio
i. Customizing User Interface, layouts & various CSS
ii. Adding custom business/application logic using Visual Studio
iii. Using WSS SDK and Solution Generator
iv. Developing custom web parts using SharePoint Designer / Visual Studio
v. Configuring Policies, Auditing and Compliance
vi. Defining & working with custom Site columns & content types

b. Working with MOSS Features
i. Content Syndication
ii. RSS feeds content syndication
iii. Business Data Catalog & Web-Parts
iv. Site Aggregation
v. Web Parts : Content Roll-up, Graphical / chart (Using CAML), Dashboard (KPI, etc), Content Query
vi. Integration with for Infopath Forms 2007, Access 2007, Excel 2007, PowerPoint 2007, and Word 2007
vii. Integration with Microsoft Information Rights Management (IRM)
viii. Business Process Forms

c. Managing authentication & permissions using LDAP / other authentication methods
i. Federated Active Directory Systems
ii. LDAP
iii. Forms & Custom Authentication
iv. User Profiles & Profile Store

d. Administrating Shared Service Provider
